We have extensive experience in Engineered, as well as, Design-Build projects.​

Tri-West Innovations Ltd. has had the pleasure to be involved in the following past and present notable projects
Capital Region Parkland Water Services Commission - Booster Station No. 1
This project involved the construction of a new water Booster Station, with pumpwell of approximately 2,000 m3 of water storage. It included a pump station building integral to the reservoir structure. It contained full electrical, controls, instrumentation and automation systems. Radio tower and equipment were installed with a main 30m CSA tower installed at Booster Station No. 1 with radios installed at 5 other existing sites on new towers or existing masts.
Rivercrest Lift Station Upgrade
This project comprised of the abandonment of existing forcemain, construction of a new sewage lift station building and pre-engineered wet well, and decommissioning and demolition of the existing lift station. It contained full electrical, controls, instrumentation and automation systems, as well as, communications, security and life safety systems including a permanent indoor diesel generator back-up system. This project was successfully completed up to the highest standards of the City of St. Albert.
Civic Precinct Surface and Fountain Renewal
This project was a renovation of the surface and fountain at Edmonton City Hall. New pole lighting surrounding the fountain was installed. The pyramid and clock tower also had all new lighting installed. It had an aggressive construction timeline which was completed on-schedule. Proper planning with attention to detail, along with close coordination with all relevant sub-trades was essential to the successful completion of this project.
Rossdale Fire Station #21
This project was a complete renovation and reactivation of Fire Station #21. It contained all major and minor electrical, communications, security and life safety systems including a permanent diesel generator back-up system. This project was successfully completed up to the highest standards of the City of Edmonton, Fire Rescue Services and their commissioning agents.
Generations Dental & Dr. Andre Gaultier
This project was a complete renovation of joint dental clinics of Generations Dental and Dr. Andre Gaultier. It included a full demolition and rebuild, completed in three phases of construction, to maintain continued operation of both clinics throughout construction. A total of 14 operating and hygienic rooms were provided with connections to all dental equipment. Lighting was upgraded with new modern LED lighting and lighting controls.
St. Agnes Catholic Church
This project was a complete renovation of the interior of the building. It included a new service upgrade with upgraded service feeders across the parking lot via directional drill. The parish was upgraded with new modern LED lighting and lighting controls. Other upgrades include new power panels, devices, communications, sound and an addressable fire alarm system.
Sifton School Renovation
This project was a renovation of Sifton School located in Edmonton. It contained an upgrade to all major systems including distribution MDP and panelboards, lighting, fire alarm, communication systems and security. This project was completed in phases and required a complete concrete slab replacement. Coordination was paramount to ensure systems in non-construction areas remained active throughout construction.
Morinville Affordable Housing
This project was a net zero affordable housing project located in Morinville, AB. It contained apartment housing units as well as townhouse units to accommodate larger families. A full roof mounted solar system on both buildings was installed. It also included full electrical, communications and fire alarm systems. A door intercom system grants access to the buildings.
CFB Lap Pool Renovation
This project was a renovation of the existing lap pool for the Department of National Defence . It included an upgrade to the existing mechanical system and controls. New panels and feeders were provided and existing panels were upgraded. Emergency and exit lighting fixtures were replaced with new. Heat trace was provided to mechanical systems and portions of the fire alarm were upgraded.
